Cars travel down Scatterfield Wednesday evening leaving a blur of lights in this long exposure. The street light in front of Great Wall Chinese Buffet is out. An Anderson man was killed last week while crossing Scatterfield. Ronald D. Carter, 25, of Anderson, was killed when he was struck by a car while crossing Scatterfield on Tuesday November 5th.
