The railing design is not commonly used but is historically accurate to the bridge. The Madison County Commissioners John Richwind, Steffanie Owens and Jeff Hardin took part in a ribbon cutting at the bridge on Friday. The span will be sealed on Saturday and if all goes well will open to traffic by noon Sunday.
