Trudy Caldwell hands Damien Shields, 12, his Beef Manhattan at The Christian Congregation food tent during the 4-H Fair on Wednesday. The tent has been a regular at the fair for 50 plus years and the most popular item on the menu is the Chicken and Noodles, said Paula Trissel.
