(NOTE - please crop photo and use bear on right with Time Out Teddy) Time Out Teddy, the National Exchange Club Mascot for child abuse prevention, joins one of the many teddy bears that will be up for adoption at the 25th Annual Bids for Kids TV Auction April 26-27. Bonny Clark of the Anderson Noon Exchange Club has been dressing the bears with crocheted outfits for several years. Each teddy bear represents a child that can be saved from child abuse through the fundraising efforts of Bids for Kids and local Exchange Clubs.
