Meliton Santigo secures a loose board along the boardwalk near Grand Avenue Tuesday. Santigo works for Bautista Landscaping who is refurbishing the boardwalk from north of Eisenhower Bridge to Shadyside Park. They have pressure washed the wood and are now securing loose pieces, or replacing bad ones, then will put a sealant on the wood.
