From left, Alan Simpson, Curtis Corzine, Byvonda Hendrix and mark Nielsen race slot track cars at Purdue Polytechnic on Tuesday. The track was originally commissioned by Ford to mark the 50th anniversary of the Mustang and is a design inspired by Laguna Seca in California. The track is now owned by Tim Kern and kept at Purdue Polytechnic. Kern opens the track to the public every other Tuesday evening for racing. Kern would like to make the racing weekly if there is enough interest. You can find more information at the Facebook page Slot Racing Indy: Anderson.
