At the end of public meeting to hear comments on a charter school being proposed by Premier High School Rev. James Streeter, CEO of the Impact Center board of directors, points out that comments during the meeting where unanimously against the new charter while during the meeting for the Impact center the comment were unanimously in favor of the charter.
