E&B Paving started laying down asphalt in the southbound lanes of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. from 73rd Street north to 67th street Wednesday morning. According to city engineer Chuck Leser, the plan is to finish paving the southbound lanes this week and then shift traffic on MLK from the northbound to the southbound lanes.
