Ryan Morgan secures a silver bell to the county Christmas tree outside the Madison County Government Center on Friday. This year's tree was donated by John and Elaine Gray of Pendleton. Also helping to decorate the tree were Amy Dillon, Jenny Jackson and Rick Smith.
