Rick Hicks, of Rick's Tennis Basketball Courts, Inc. of Indianapolis, puts up new tennis nets on the refurbished courts at Pulaski Park Monday afternoon. Work started last fall to resurface the court area, put new fencing up and make six new pickleball courts from two of the old tennis courts. The new courts should be ready for play later this week.
