Kage Gullion, 4, from Frankton rides a hot rod carousel during the Little 500 Festival Fair at the Applewood Center on Wednesday. The festival will be open 5 to 11 p.m. on Friday, 3 to 11 p.m. on Saturday and 3 to 10 p.m. on Sunday. Wristbands are $20 and the festival is located in front of the former Target location.
