This vehicle makes it's way through the standing water on Grand Avenue as the rising White River was starting to cover the roadway late Tuesday morning. The river hit 13.5 feet Tuesday afternoon prompting the city to close off Grand Avenue to traffic. Flood stage for White River through Anderson is 10 feet.
