Larry Higgins gives a program to Daleville HS students about the dangers of drinking and driving as part of the organization he started, PAID: People Against Impaired Driving. As part of his program Higgins brings the vehicle his son, Jamey Higgins, was killed in by a drunk driver in a special trailer so the students can get a good look at what bad choices can do.
