The Alexandria Community Theater cast of the comedic farce, "The Fox on the Fairway" run through a dress rehearsal in preparation for performances set for 7 p.m. today, Friday and Saturday at the Alexandria-Monroe High School auditorium. The story follows Quail Valley Country Club preparing to take on arch rival Crouching Squirrel in the annual inter-club tournament. Amid young and old romances, there's a missing engagement ring and a sizable wager. Directed by Sally Vasbinder and Betty Custer, the cast includes David Cagley and John E. Bertacchi as golf club managers. Rhonda Gray portrays elegant Pamela, Don Lynch is the voice of the Starter, and Elizabeth Hill portrays a wife of one of the managers. Joining the cast are ACT newcomers Shelby Robertson and Eric Cardona as young lovers Louise and Justin. Tickets are $8 at the door. Complimentary refreshments will served during intermission.
