Two house fires, within an hour of each other, kept Anderson firefighters busy early Monday morning. The first was reported in the 1600 block of Jefferson Street about 3 a.m. with the second call in the 2200 block of Jefferson. Both were abandoned structures. This is the 1600 block Jefferson site.
