A speed limit sign has been marked with orange paint on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Signs marked with orange paint are required to be replaced by the federal government due to their age and will be replaced over the next several months with funds from the U.S. Department of Transportation according to the city's Facebook page.
