Anderson City Water Department workers brave the cold temperatures as they labor to fix a water main leak at 43rd Street and Scatterfield Road Tuesday. With temperatures barely making it into the single digits the workers rotated around to warm themselves with the portable salamander heater in the background as others worked in the hole.
