Workers from Atlas Excavating of West Lafayette connect a section of pipe along Layton Road in front of the new NTN Driveshaft plant being built. They are installing pipe to start 'de-watering', or lowering the water table, so they can start installing new water and sewer lines to the plant from 73rd Street and Layton Road.
