Robert Carr of Nugent Electric Inc. installs a new light fixture to the light pole outside Anderson Public Library Wednesday. They are replacing the old lights around the library with more efficient LED bulbs. Library Director Sarah Later said the library will also be redoing its parking lot, landscaping and adding a new lighted sign on the corner of 12th Street and Main Street.
