Aaron Walters pets his labradoodle Ocho after he was micro chipped at the Madison County Humane Society during their Holiday Open House on Saturday. A donation from Thrivent Financial allowed the Humane Society to offer micro chips at a reduced cost for the open house. The Humane Society offers micro chips, nail clippings and heart worm tests throughout the year during their regular business hours, noon to 5 p.m. Thursday through Tuesdays. They are closed on Wednesdays.
